The Linux shells provide the user a direct way to access files and processes on their computer. Each shell offers a slightly different set of tools and scripting capabilities. This course will introduce the new Linux user to the various shells, a comparison of the features of the shells and an introduction to the scripting language available for each.
Prerequisites
Students should be familiar with browsing the internet, uploading files and using their operating system.
Requirements
Students will need access to a copy of Linux.
