Students who are familiar with using SharePoint will explore the SharePoint Designer application and create custom SharePoint solutions. Students will create list and libraries and create custom views, secure the list or library. Students will create and modify web pages and connect to datasources like a database, RSS Feed or web service. Students will create and modify workflows. Students will create master pages and a brand for their SharePoint sites.
Prerequisites
Students should be familiar with SharePoint.
Requirements
You will need access to a SharePoint server and Visual Studio.
You can install and use SharePoint Foundation for free. There is an
Express Edition of Visual Studio available.
