Learn Silverlight Online

Create interactive web applications using Silverlight.

Students who are comfortable programming in C# will be introduced to the basics of creating browser-based Silverlight applications. During the course student will work with XAML to design Silverlight forms that contain images, buttons, text and date controls. Students will design layouts, define events, design navigation, and draw graphics and animate them. Students will also write code to play sound and video and get input from sound and video devices.

Prerequisites

Students should be comfortable programming in C#.

Requirements

You will need a copy of Visual Studio. There is an Express Edition of Visual Studio available.
